Alessandra has practiced architecture in the UK, Europe and the Middle East for nearly twenty years. She is one of the practice’s key leaders and has designed a variety of high-profile residential, office and mixed-use projects with a focus on the Middle East, London and Milan. Alessandra is currently leading our competition-winning design for a technology company’s new global headquarters in Moscow, which will house 12,000 employees in an iconic, light filled building. She is responsible for Corso Como Place in Milan, now under construction, which will see an outdated tower completely refurbished into a new retail plaza and signature office building for a key business district in the city. She is also leading a large mixed-use development in Muscat that will create a vibrant new destination quarter for the city with a varied programme that includes residential, a hotel and an office building together with a significant retail component.

In London, Alessandra is heading the design team for Lincoln Square, a dynamic new residential development that celebrates and reinterprets the architecture of the surrounding listed buildings. She led the design for the recently completed new headquarters for Qatar Airways in Mayfair, which provides a unique contemporary office environment and retail ticketing experience for the leading airline. She is also responsible for the Whitechapel Master Plan, which rethinks a complex site in East London, integrating apartment buildings, commercial facilities, retail space, and a landscaped public realm to sensitively enhance the area and its heritage assets.

Previously, Alessandra managed our designs for the signature buildings of the new Hamad Port in Qatar, including the Mwani Headquarters, the Port Management Company and the iconic Control Tower. She led a major mixed-use master plan north of Doha that is based on aviation, aerospace education, air travel and aero-space-themed entertainment. She project managed the N+ masterplan in Ningbo, China, which provides space for creative industries and education together with residential and cultural districts. Finally, she helped manage a number of our projects for The Collective, including the completed location at Old Oak, London and the design for the Stratford location.
