Senior Associate Partner

Alessandro Terzi is a Senior Associate Partner at PLP Architecture. He is based in Milan and has nearly 10 years of experience in architecture, working on a range of commercial, office, museums, hospitality, residential and mixed-use projects across China, Europe and the Middle East.

Alessandro has extensive experience within China. He recently co-lead the design of Kun-ming Mix-C, our dynamic office-focused towers development in China, which is currently under construction. He worked on the design of Vanke Foshan Central Avenue Project and Foshan International Financial Centre, a masterplan including a new municipal office building, media gar-den offices, and a future mixed-use development along a waterfront surrounded by park-lands in China.

He was also on the design teams for MCC Nanjing Hutchison Factory Renovation in Nanjing and in addition, he has worked as part of the design team for the Luneng Chengdu scheme for Luneng Real Estate Company; the Chengdu Chunxi Road Commercial Complex Landmark Tower for Zhongtian Urban Development Group and the Hongqiao CBD North Area development in China.

Alessandro recently was a key part of the team designing Tower Ten at the World Trade Centre in Amsterdam. The new masterplan and office building enhances the urban business destination and provide office space for more than 300 companies from 30 different countries. He is also participating in PLP’s activities in Japan, where they are designing our Tokyo Cross Park Vision consisting of 4 mixed-use towers, a 31-metre-tall podium and a 2-hectare public plaza, together containing offices, commercial facilities, hotels, residential, co-creation spaces and an extensive public realm on a 6.5-hectare site adjacent, and connected to, Hibiya Park.
