Arbor has been shortlisted for the Society of Façade Engineers’ 2024 awards. This recognition highlights the innovative design and sustainability features of our all-electric workspace at Bankside Yards.

At the heart of Arbor’s success is its advanced Closed Cavity Façade (CCF) system. With expansive 3x3m floor-to-ceiling windows made of low-iron glass, the façade maximises natural light, creating a bright and comfortable environment that enhances productivity. The CCF system also plays a crucial role in energy efficiency, with internal blinds reducing solar heat gain and optimising thermal loads.

Arbor’s façade isn’t just about performance—it’s about creating character. The façade’s unique texture and geometry bring a human scale to the building, adding a distinct ripple effect that makes Arbor stand out in the cityscape.

The building’s combined sustainability features, including its integration with the wider masterplan’s 5th generation energy network, enable Arbor to use 30% less energy than current best practice standards.
