Purpose-built around IOWN, NTT’s light-based digital infrastructure, the building redefines what a headquarters can be, faster and radically more efficient. IOWN delivers up to 125× more data capacity, 200× lower latency, and 100× lower energy consumption than conventional networks, transforming the tower into a living platform for the future of urban life.

65 Davies Street, PLP Architecture’s office building above Bond Street’s Elizabeth Line station, has been awarded a Commendation at the 2025 Structural Steel Design Awards.
