Senior Associate Partner
Bethany brings over a decade of experience working on a range of office, residential and retail projects across the UK, Australia and the Middle East. She specialises in workplace design and coordination and has a particular interest in modular and sustainable design.
At PLP Architecture, Bethany recently led the design and coordination of 12 towers at the Westferry Printworks site in Canary Wharf, London. The project actively regenerates a brownfield urban site sitting on a key waterfront location, extending and integrating with the existing historic neighbourhoods into a new and convivial environment.
For Tower 11 at the World Trade Center in Amsterdam, she was responsible for design coordination of the dynamic new office tower that sits nestled on a dense site close to several other buildings that PLP have designed. In Dubai, she served as the design lead for our work on the Dubai Creek development, where she designed the facade on two modern residential towers.
Bethany has been involved in a number of other notable projects within the practice, including Bishopsgate Goodsyard, a mixed use development next to a major rail line in East London, Mayfair Park Residences, a high-end residential scheme in central London and a design competition for a mixed-used development in Muscat, Oman.
Previously, Bethany worked for multiple architectural practices in Australia, where she led feasibility, design, planning and coordination of a range of masterplan, education, interior, residential and mixed-use schemes.
Bethany received her Bachelor of Applied Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture at the University of Canberra, Australia, where she studied Japanese Landscape and Architecture. She is passionate about the city of Tokyo as one of the world’s most unique urban experiences.
