Asako Hayashi is an architect and interior designer with over 20 years of experience across mixed-use developments, residential, healthcare, aviation, and hospitality. Trained in both Japan and the UK, she has worked on projects of various scales across Europe and Asia, from small interior fit-outs to large-scale masterplans.
Asako’s work is focused on placemaking, urban transformation, and creating environments that support both communities and businesses. She has a particular interest in the adaptive reuse of buildings, integrating contemporary design while preserving the character and heritage of urban environments.

Paola is a Senior Associate Partner with experience across residential, workplace and masterplanning projects in Europe, Asia and the UK. She has worked at a range of scales, from large-scale urban regeneration to bespoke interior environments.
