Park Nova, PLP’s luxury biophilic residential tower in Singapore, is rapidly taking shape. Envisioned in 2019, this 21-floor building will feature 54 residences and a suite of shared amenities.

Located on a prime garden site in Orchard Boulevard, Singapore’s most sought-after neighbourhood, Park Nova stands as a biophilic enclave centred around healthy and sustainable urban living. The tower rises above the surrounding greenery, seamlessly integrating lush vertical planting into its design.

The undulating butterfly-inspired floorplates are now clearly visible, soon to feature lush gardens with plants currently growing in an off-site nursery.
