One Bishopsgate Plaza has been commended at the Stone Federation Great Britain’s 2022 Natural Stone Awards for the restoration and extension of the historic Devonshire House.

Nestled next to the Pan Pacific Hotel tower designed by PLP Architecture, this 144-year-old Victorian building was thoughtfully restored by to its original grandeur while being seamlessly extended. The regenerated building houses a mix of offices, retail, a restaurant and bar – over which spans a parametrically designed diagrid roof that bridges the full upper floor unsupported.
