The Interlace Towers are conceived as a new landmark for Riyadh: a pair of super-luxury mixed-use buildings that embody both a lifestyle and a vision for the city’s future. Guided by Salmani principles, the design combines authenticity and modernity, anchored in tradition while projecting ambition in line with Vision 2030.

The two towers stand side by side yet deliberately express different characters. Facing the city, the façades are robust and vertical, recalling the dignity of palm trunks and wind towers. Facing each other, the forms interweave in a softened geometry that creates intimacy and balance, evoking a sense of community. This duality – monumental externally, interlaced internally – defines the project’s architectural identity.

The development brings together hospitality, branded living and private residences. One tower accommodates a five-star hotel and branded apartments, while the other is purely residential, offering a range of homes from one-bedroom apartments to expansive penthouses. Shared amenities – including wellness clubs, spas, sky infinity pools and private lounges – support an exclusive lifestyle. At ground level, shaded plazas, landscaped gardens, water features, and integrated retail and dining create a vibrant urban setting. At its centre, a multipurpose hall framed by a water façade – the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia – will provide a flexible cultural and social venue.

Materiality reinforces the balance of permanence and refinement. Local Riyadh stone grounds the base with strength and cultural resonance, while bronze detailing brings texture, warmth and luminosity to the façades. These elements mark craftsmanship and luxury, enriching the character of the towers while creating a tactile, dignified presence for residents and the city alike.
