The focus of this project in Saudi Arabia was to create an oasis where tech companies can thrive. In addition to offering various workspaces, the development included a renowned five-star hotel and a wide range of upscale retail stores and restaurants. The main objective was to establish a premier destination that attracts people to spend time in both comfortable and visually appealing indoor and outdoor spaces.

Our deep understanding of the Nadji lifestyle and aesthetics played a crucial role and served as the foundation for the architecture and public areas of the project.

In our execution of the master plan, we ensured that the development seamlessly integrated into the urban fabric of Saudi Arabia, specifically the city of Riyadh. To achieve this, we conceived the architectural language in a way that establishes a strong connection with and reinterprets the local architecture and culture.

This distinct architectural language was carefully implemented across all components of the development, exerting its influence on various aspects of the project. It guided the fundamental principles of urban design, the layout of outdoor spaces, and the composition of their components. Every detail, including the facade design and the incorporation of architecture within the buildings, was executed in accordance with this language, resulting in a harmonious and cohesive aesthetic throughout.
