We are seeking a candidate with previous experience and passion to join our urban design and master planning team in our London office on a full-time basis (Mon -Fri 9.00am – 6.00pm).

Role:

  1. Proven track record of managing teams and successfully delivering complex projects
  2. Expertise in site planning, public realm design, development frameworks, and neighbourhood-scale design.
  3. Familiarity with CMP (Concept Masterplan) and DMP (Detailed Masterplan) processes and deliverables.
  4. Ability to coordinate sub-consultants and guide junior team members.
  5. Technical delivery and strategic thinking working with multiple consultants
  6. Client facing role

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Strong attention to detail
  2. Initiative and proactive working methodology
  3. 7+ years post-graduate experience in master planning / urban design.
  4. Strong design portfolio demonstrating work on large-scale masterplans and high-impact urban strategies.
  5. Experience working in the Middle East is a plus.
  6. Excellent organisational, time-management, and verbal/written communication skills.
  7. A collaborative, proactive, and thoughtful approach to multidisciplinary teamwork.
  8. Ability to actively listen and build strong relationships across all levels.
  9. Concept and detailed master planning experience

Technical Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, and GIS tools (Revit & Grasshopper is a plus).
  2. High-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and Excel.
  3. Strong conceptual and visual communication skills.
