The penthouse at Park Modern, on the ninth floor of a new £530m development in Queensway, is now on the open market – making it one of the biggest apartment listings of the year at £60m.

The 6,800 square foot apartment is being touted as ‘the finest Hyde Park-facing home in London” and features a 2,500 square foot private terrace, which is said to be one of the largest in the capital.

Park Modern is one of the flagship developments in a wider £3bn revival of Bayswater, on the northern edge of Hyde Park. The building is leading the charge, bringing 55 apartments, including 3 penthouses, as well as a new restaurant on the ground floor by restauranteur Jeremy King.
