PLP Architecture is pleased to mark the topping out of Holborn Viaduct, our landmark workplace project in the City of London, designed for Royal London Asset Management.

This milestone brings the scheme one step closer to completion and reflects the close collaboration between PLP, client RLAM, contractor Multiplex, and the wider project team. Once complete, Holborn Viaduct will offer 190,000 sq ft of premium office space across 11 floors, with a striking contemporary design that integrates with the city’s historic fabric. The development will feature high-performance facades, generous terraces, and amenity-rich interiors designed to foster wellbeing, productivity, and tenant flexibility.
