PLP Architecture Featured in Real Asset IMPACT

June 20, 2025

We’re pleased to be featured in the June/July issue of Real Asset IMPACT, which offers a first look inside our new studio at The White Chapel Building and explores the thinking behind its design.

The article highlights how the fit-out reflects our core values as a practice, from circularity and long-term adaptability to wellbeing and collaboration. As Lee Polisano notes in the piece, “By rethinking value and designing with intention, we’ve created a space that reflects our ethos – and set a model others can follow to achieve more with less.”

The fit-out allowed us to test and refine strategies for material reuse and embodied carbon reduction. The results are promising: 92% of materials reused, a 75% cut in embodied carbon, and a cost nearly 70% lower than a typical Cat B office fit-out – all while creating a workspace that embodies our design principles, encourages collaboration, and supports the way we work today.
