Alex is Head of Communications at PLP Architecture, leading the studio’s efforts in broadcasting their work and expertise to the wider world. His focus covers the full width of PLP’s portfolio and includes coordination with PLP’s studios and PR partners around the globe.

As an architect by training, Alex brings a deep knowledge of both the industry and the design process itself. Before taking on the role of Head of Communications, Alex helped to create and run PLP Labs, the studio’s in-house research and innovation group. During this time, he led PLP’s work in exploring how to create healthier, fairer and more sustainable cities.

Alex has done in-house and freelance work for practices across Europe and has independently written and edited pieces for major industry publications and events internationally.
