Paola is a Senior Associate Partner with experience across residential, workplace and masterplanning projects in Europe, Asia and the UK. She has worked at a range of scales, from large-scale urban regeneration to bespoke interior environments.

Her work bridges architectural and interior design, with a particular focus on form, materiality and user experience. She is especially interested in how internal environments can support wellbeing and identity within larger architectural narratives.

Recent projects include the new headquarters for Hogan Lovells in the City of London and the urban masterplan for Parco Romana in Milan, both of which reflect her commitment to integrated, people-centred design.
