Tina is a Director at PLP Architecture with over 10 years of experience designing and delivering commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects in the UK and South-East Asia. She has particular expertise in projects involving complex planning and programmatic challenges, as well as specialised experiences in the major renovation of complex early twentieth-century buildings.

Tina is also responsible for the growth and strategic development of our studio in Singapore. This includes overseeing our increasing portfolio of projects in the country, where she is responsible for Park Nova. The award-winning luxury residential development is a lush green tower inspired by biophilia and focuses on the comfort and wellness of the residents. It is currently under construction.

In London, Tina led the design and redevelopment of a key flagship retail space at 425 Oxford Street in Central London. The project involved a complex demolition behind a retained 1930s façade while creating a lifestyle-focused flagship store for a major international brand. Elsewhere in Mayfair, Tina has led the design for several high-spec and luxury office developments, which have included bespoke amenity spaces. She leads and delivers high-quality projects in sensitive conservation areas, including the planning application for the renovation and conversion of outdated offices into high-end housing, close to the Houses of Parliament.

Tina has helped to craft successful competition entries, including those for the Cleveland Clinic in London, on another sensitive site facing Buckingham Palace Gardens, the Assima project, a large mixed-use complex in the Central Business District of Kuwait, and Hung Luen Road, a mixed-use development on a prominent waterfront site in Hong Kong.

Tina received her Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture at the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London. She completed her MA Architecture at the Royal College of Art and is currently an ongoing mentor to students as a part of the Practice Mentor Scheme. Tina received her BArch from the University of Nottingham.
