Arbor secures top-tier tenants for its most spectacular workplaces

April 25, 2024

Two New York-listed companies have secured 50,000 sq ft of office space in Arbor’s most impressive spaces.

Flutter Entertainment, the world’s largest online sports bettering operator, has signed a 10-year deal for the incredible double-height, terraced office space on levels 2 and 3.

Wipro, a multinational technology and IT consulting company, has taken a 15-year lease on the top three floors of Arbor, including the double-height ‘loft’ space and roof terrace.

Designed by PLP Architecture, for Native Land, Arbor has secured a string of high-profile lettings from tenants that feel Arbor has the right qualities and environments to support their business.

Mark Mercer, director of corporate real estate and workspace at Flutter, said: “Flutter has been on an extraordinary journey in recent years, which has seen us substantially grow our global scale and presence, while adding world-class talent to the group. Our move to the modern, sustainable and people-focused Arbor building is very much in keeping with this transition.”

Previous signings include: The Carbon Trust, a leading climate consultancy; Merlin Entertainment, an entertainment leader with attractions including Madame Tussauds, Alton Towers and Legoland; industrial technology company Smiths Group; and leading law firm Winckworth Sherwood.

Following Arbor in the Bankside Yards masterplan, Building 2 is currently under construction next door. This 50-storey, 250-apartment residential tower is due for completion in late 2026.
