65 Davies Street nears full occupancy with two more pre-lets agreed

65 Davies Street is almost fully pre-let as Grosvenor secure two more tenants, showcasing a high demand for London’s highest quality and most sustainable workplaces.
Two more prominent occupiers have secured their spots at 65 Davies Street, which is under construction above the Elizabeth Line Bond Street Station. Global alternative asset manager, SPX Capital, has pre-let the third floor, covering 12,294 square feet. In addition, an undisclosed financial services business will occupy two floors totaling 19,000 square feet.
With Hayfin Capital Management already confirmed for the fourth and fifth floors, the building is almost fully pre-let. Only one floor, spanning 11,000 square feet, remains available before the project’s practical completion later this year.
65 Davies Street sits in a prime location, a moment’s walk from London’s Oxford Street, within Mayfair’s rich cultural heritage, and directly above the new Elizabeth Line Bond Street Station. When complete in late 2023, the building will be one of London’s most technically advanced and best-connected workplaces.
