Shenzhen is one of the most important city of Pearl River Detla Metropolis. Luohu District is one of the three Shenzhen Centres. The project is located at East Gateway of Shennan Avenue, which is in the heart of Shennan East Business Centre.

Our master plan identified Shennan Road as the linear movement spine. Taking “gravitational field” as the main concept, the tower gathers the urban energy of Shennan Avenue spirals upwards into the sky.

Inspired by the Chinese ancient painting scrolls, the tower façade rolls up like a “folded urban painting scroll”. There is a spiral line every six floors on the facade, highlighting the rising momentum of the entire tower.

Standing at the east starting point of Shennan Avenue, Shenrun Tower has become one of the most important landmarks of the city.
