Park Nova, Singapore

Created for Shun Tak Holdings, this new luxury residential tower sits within a verdant site along Orchard Boulevard in Singapore’s most desirable neighbourhood: a biophilic vertical enclave redefining urban living in the garden city. Our inspiration for the project is drawn from its surroundings. We looked back to the 19th Century, when the region was filled with plantations and orchards laden with fruit, pepper and nutmeg, symbolising good fortune. The projects represents an encounter with nature – a moment in a secluded garden underneath a canopy of lush green trees.

Apgujeong, Seoul, South Korea

PLP Architecture, in collaboration with Tomoon Architects, have developed a proposal for a new residential development in South Korea’s Apgujung district. Situated between the serene Han River and a bustling retail thoroughfare, the development melds nature, luxury, and urban connectivity within an integrated and iconic architectural expression.

65 Davies Street tops out

65 Davies Street, a new high-end office development just off London’s Oxford Street, has topped out today marking a major milestone in the project’s construction. Construction is being led by contractor Multiplex and due to complete in Summer 2023.

One Bishopsgate Plaza, London, UK

The recently opened One Bishopsgate Plaza marks the completion of a mixed-use masterplan that originated with the adjacent Heron Tower to the south. The masterplan envisioned a new City of London, moving away from the mono-culture of the office towards a rich aggregate of different uses that brings together hospitality, residential, amenity spaces, new types of retail as well as innovative public realm and place making.

PLP Architecture and Verseprop join forces to launch NFT collection

PLP Labs, the research and innovation arm of PLP Architecture, is working in collaboration with leading metaverse property platform VerseProp to launch a range of 5000 NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). The tokens will not only give buyers the owning rights to a unique digital artwork but also access to exclusive content embedded into the tokens, from webinar tickets and physical artwork through to the chance to work with PLP to design their own building in the Metaverse.

Shenzhen is one of the most important city of Pearl River Detla Metropolis. Luohu District is one of the three Shenzhen Centres. The project is located at East Gateway of Shennan Avenue, which is in the heart of Shennan East Business Centre. The north side of the site is higher as mountain and south east is lower as river and green park.

Parco Romana, Milan, Italy

PLP Architecture is part of an international team that has won a major competition to realise Parco Romana, an urban-scale redevelopment project in Milan’s Porta Romana district. The project interprets the industrial legacy of the site while reanimating it with contemporary programs centred on an ethos of sustainability.
