In an in-depth feature, the Architects Journal have unveiled PLP Architecture’s recently completed office development, 65 Davies Street, in the heart of Mayfair, London for Grosvenor. The 65,000 sq ft premium office building, comprising six floors of Grade A office space, is located directly above the new Elizabeth Line Bond Street Station. The workplace was fully pre-let ahead of completion and achieved market leading rents.

Lambeth Council has approved a transformative new development at Hardess Yard, designed by PLP Architecture in collaboration with Mitheridge Capital Management and LGL.
